Job Description
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
- Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
- Assisting and advising businesses on establishing their company's structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their business operations.
- Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control legal risks to company and ensure that the system, controls and processes are legally appropriate.
- Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by businesses.
- Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
- Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.
- Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.
- Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the businesses involved.
- Participating in the practice of Litigation including following up on the civil, commercial, and administrative cases and attending related hearings before courts of various degrees including state council courts.
- Preparing legal memoranda, statements of claims and statements of appeal.
- Undertaking the needed procedures towards real estate registration, and the enforcement of court judgments.
- Appear before all types of courts in all the disputes whether against or from the Company.
- Deal with the governmental institutes, police stations and public prosecution for all the legal issues involving the Company.
- Ensuring all business processes, strategies, and actions comply with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws.
- Managing multiple cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
- Conduct research and analysis of legal problems
- Consults & supports the company’s new businesses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in faculty of Law- English section.
- Knowledge of Civil and Labor law.
- Experience of working as a lawyer in offices or corporate.
- Minimum 5 years as a lawyer.
