Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.
- Train and evaluate department members by specifying measurement tools.
- Provide an optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and clients.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents.
- Deal with different shipping lines to get the best price.
- Provide quotations to overseas partners and customers.
- Handle all shipping issues with shipping lines.
- Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.
- Responsible for all booking procedures (Import & Export).
- Follow up all custom clearance procedures.
- Recording all shipments data which processed and keep the documents of the shipment in files.
- Responsible for updating the status of all shipments and following up on its delivery.
- Following up & tracing the shipment until destinations.
- Follow up all (Import & Export) cycles.
- Handle any complaints related to the operation department.
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy and provide constructive feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce, customs major, Foreign Trade /Logistics and supply chain or any other relevant education is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent office skills.
- Very good command of English a Must.
- At Least 2 years’ experience in the same position.
- Very good Microsoft Office User.
- Focus on team working.
- Residence in Qalubia, Cairo & Giza.
- Experience in payment terms.
- Experience in delivery terms.
