Job Description

Overall Job Scope

  • The security manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the company's security and safety functions for employees and customers. As he will be responsible for strategic planning, organizing, communications and interface with management, employees and law enforcement, Position includes supervising security team members and assist with scheduling and personnel issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security and safety standards and ensure that they are followed by all company staff to be clear roles inside all stores and the head office.
  • Managing the budget for security operations and hiring security staff.
  • Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security policies and regulations.
  • Make sure that staff follows security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments.
  • Ensure the safety of staff and customers within the workplace.
  • Perform security process evaluations and inspections
  • Prepare the organization and staff for external and internal inspections.
  • Identify and investigate or resolve security breaches.
  • Manage all organizational Security activities
  • Manage the department staff technically and administratively and works on developing and training them to raise their efficiency & Performance
  • Reviews the periodic reports that received and work in the analysis of such reports, study the problems that arise, and works in the final report to submit it to the management.
  • Ensures that the company observes all the legal obligations which have an impact on it, monitors its implementation and gives a complete and continuous picture of the company's security situation for the management.
  • Manage that the company shall be observed in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations and Environment.
  • Manage all governmental relations that related to his work.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Security Manager & HSE leader (Retail experience is a must).
  • Preferred to be certified & experienced by Military or Police.
  • Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • 7 to 15 years of experience in the same position or related.
