About the Job
  • Review, analyze and evaluate the current content on ITIDA websites and social media platforms status and its impact on ITIDA’s brand positioning.
  • Provide solutions with needed action plans to strengthen ITIDA new brand positioning on Social Media.
  • Review the implementation of the solutions presented and set alternatives.
  • Set a content strategy with the coordination of Marketing and Media teams to align with ITIDA objectives and targets of 2020.
  • Help with content marketing and editorial strategy by creating editorial and social media calendars, along with style guidelines for each section of ITIDA: Talent – Trust – Innovation.
  • Make sure to have a smooth transition between different plan phases without any gaps or issues.
  • Set the content creators team structure and hierarchy according to the current situation.
  • Suggest different Tools to help with creating the content as well as generating different reports according to the management needs
  • Evaluate the current team members and train them on how to be part of the new Content Strategy.
  • Hands on experience and evaluation for 4 online digital campaigns with the use of right content, branding, ads, set targets and evaluate results
Job Requirements
  • Significant experience of producing analysis from digital data sources, including Google Analytics, email marketing, social insights and other tracking/performance monitoring tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Significant experience of identifying, analyzing and presenting the results of digital data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives.
  • Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc.
