Job Description
- Work with vendors, third parties and clients to integrate solutions
- Facilitate and lead meetings to ensure progress on solutions and products
- Identify and document requirements and set reasonable project timelines
- Document resource needs risks, project scope and contingency plans
- Provide overall development leadership and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget
- Manage business requirements and scope on a technical level, and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements and architectural direction
- Lead the team towards using latest continuous release management and code quality tools
- Act as the Client advocate to ensure meeting all business objectives
- Provide key input / status to senior-level business stakeholders during project design, build, and testing phases
- Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to ensure that their needs are articulated in business and technological terms
- Directly and indirectly manage the work effort of development personnel and 3rd party vendors, in the delivery of assigned projects and programs
Job Requirements
- Project Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Systems Integration, Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design
- Must have an experience in Solution Architecture Design
- Experience in project management disciplines scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management
- Experience in development of custom applications using different development languages (e.g. C#, ASP.NET, Java/J2EE)
- Experience with middleware application development
- Experience designing and developing applications on one RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL)
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, RUP, Agile/SCRUM)
- Ability to triage issues across multiple systems and drive technical issues to resolution.
- Ability to lead by influence up, down, and across the organization
- Technical consulting experience with executives
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
