About the Job:
The operation Delivery Rep./ Agent will be responsible for the administration of Carrier Services provisioning; building relationships with the customer, carriers, and vendors. All methods of practice and/or work performance shall conform to written established policies and procedures.
- Responsible for enhancing the client experience by consistently delivering accurate, reliable, and timely data on all new order entry as well as excellent customer service (including repair, billing, and general questions).
- Review, process and implement all new orders for all carriers through specific order entry processes
- Manage the order process and lifecycle using a CRM tool.
- Serve as an escalation point for all customer issues and drive resolution toward a result that meets the customer's needs.
- Manage ongoing projects both internal and external
- Basic administrative duties including answering phone, filing, faxing, etc.

Job Requirements
- Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Strong organization, planning; ability to prioritize tasks to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long term mutually beneficial client relationships.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment.
- Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions.
