Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- Manage, configure, support, maintain, upgrade, and redesign broad technical network and security systems that define how switches, routers, access points, and firewalls work together to support the needs of the organization.
- Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting: -
- Maintaining a stable WAN connectivity between HQ & stores, HQ & KSA with the minimal downtime
- Maintaining a stable internet connection in HQ and stores that allows smooth delivery of emails along with the approved/important internet access according to business needs.
- Ensuring the connectivity backup solution is working properly and ready to take place whenever needed.
- Document current network architecture, design ideal state architecture and develop plans to deploy new solutions that meet emerging business needs.
- Review and approve security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning
- Maintain a current understanding of the IT threat landscape for the industry.
- Ensuring the maximum benefit of all SLAs
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant studies
Experience, Skills & Competencies skills.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Network/Security Administrator.
- Knowledge of CCNA Routing and Switching is a must.
- Knowledge of CCNA Security is a must.
- Knowledge of Fortinet NSE-4 is a must.
- Knowledge of CCNP Routing and Switching is preferable.
