Job Description
- Review & update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
- Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
- Create supply chain plans that ensure the availability of products through sales forecast & the quota for each supplier.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
- Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline " Pharmacy is preferred "
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in the same position in the health care industry or similar
- High analytical skills
- Attention to details
- MS Office expert
- Excellent leadership skills
- ERP is a must " SAP is preferred "
