Job Description
- Manage all customers in the modern trade sector (hardware stores, hyper markets and online sales channels).
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify new market opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives (If applicable).
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing modern trade sales channel (hardware stores, hyper markets and online sales channels).
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Participate, guide and support all department employees to contribute in performing the quality, environmental and occupational health& safety systems effectively.
- Support the role of the department to highlight its leadership on its responsibility areas for quality, environmental and occupational health& safety systems.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: University degree.
- Experience: Prove experience in sales (minimum 8 years).
- Proven experience as sales manager and dealing with key accounts (minimum 3 years).
- High level of English language.
- High level of computer skills.
