Job Description
- Perform accounting activities related to the site including payroll processing, entry and coding of invoices, reconciliation of billings, and generation of periodic project cost reports.
- Maintain project-related records.

Review supplier invoices related to a project

Review account totals related to project assets and expenses
- Submit any needed financial reports related to the site work to management.

Handle the site petty cash fund.

Interact with suppliers and subcontractors to assist the project team with billing substantiations, contract compliance.
- Any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Experience in a construction company is a must.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High communications, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Well organized.
