Job Description
Duties and Key Activities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Job designing, openings and posting using different recruitment channels.
- Attending job fairs to get new comers.
- Build database for qualified candidates and maintain applicants’ data, interview data.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates Conduct pre-screening
- Interviews; phone interviews. Interviews scheduling & conducting reference checks.
- Help organize training, development Program & Conduct employee on-boarding.
- Follows up the probation period evaluation and Scheduling exit interviews.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and turnover rates
- Assist with HR & Admin budget monitoring.
- Perform and follow up on additional tasks relevant to the role as required
Job Requirements
- Maximum age 32 years old
- Lives at the 10th of Ramadan city or Cairo
- University Degree ,HR Diploma from a reputable university is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office.(Excel, PowerPoint , Word & Visio )
- Language: English ( Very Good )
- Familiarity with labor law
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Data Analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Able to manage a varied workload
- The initiative to work on your own or as part of a team to meet the deadlines
- Minimum 5-years experience in HR, preferably in Manufacturing or Agriculture/ poultry.
