Job Description
- Responsible for onsite operation for Triple Play services inside gated compounds and hotels.
- 2nd Line customer support.
- Implementation, optimization and maintaining the access layer network and all customers’ CPE to guarantee high quality service.
- Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments such as customer service and call center, warehouses, Triple Play sales team and developers onsite IT teams to ensure the smooth onsite operation.
- Perform professional level of onsite troubleshooting for individual issues or global issues from physical layer to services layer on both customer side and DC side.
- Follow-up on all onsite planned activities to ensure fault free operation during different activity phases.
- 24x7 2nd line customers’ support.
- 1st line handling for escalations related to operational issues.
- Participate in implementation of new services or new projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operation reports.
- Responsible for configuration and installation of access layer network equipment.
- Responsible for all customers’ CPE configuration and installation such as ONTs, switches, Set-top boxes, voice IP phones and Wi-Fi devices.
- Cooperate in lab tests for triple play new features and equipment to ensure compatibility and technical acceptance before implementation or installing at customers’ side.

- Experience (0-1 years of Experience)
- Very strong experience in IP Networking
- Solid systems engineering knowledge
- Skills (Very Good written & spoken English, very Good Communication, Time Management skills)
