Job Description
- Set a detailed action plan for the Customer service department to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to document customer service standards to ensure all clients’ requirements are met efficiently.
- Develop a satisfied base of loyal customers that will add to the company's positioning strategy.
- Manage and develop customer service team, monitor and maintain the workflow on the ERP system within the department to ease communication between CS agents and clients.
- Coordinate and liaison between different departments (Engineering, Finance…etc.,) and clients to meet all clients’ requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related to the equivalent field.
- 7-10 years of experience preferred with a real estate background.
- English: Excellent.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Presentable.
- Excellent Ms. Office user.
