Job Description:
- Lead and coach our development team
- Plan and execute development projects using Agile and Scrum techniques
- Design and develop the core systems and web services that run our helpdesk Platform.
- We have a DevOps culture, You build it, You run it! Our team deploys and monitors our cloud infrastructure on AWS, IBM, Google, and Azure.
- Design and develop databases and storage models to keep the system secure and available 24/7.
- Create test and automation suites to ensure the quality and reliability of the systems
- Attend customers’ meetings and analyze their requirements
Job Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
- 3-5 years of industry experience with at least some experience as team lead or senior engineer.
- Mastery of the tools of the trade, including experience with a variety of modern programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Scala) and open-source technologies and frameworks (e.g., Linux, Docker, Spring, Flask, Spark, Rails)
- Experience with machine learning, big data or large scale distributed systems.
- Understands Agile development and related frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing and implementing large scale SaaS applications
- Experience in operating Machine Learning Models in production is a plus.
