Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle customers’ requests through sales representatives, Email, Fax or Telephone calls with proper time.
  • Create quotations according to customers’ specifications.
  • Prepare all offers according to company rules & policies.
  • Provide sales representatives with details of customers’ orders and requests for quotations, and inform them of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.
  • Inform customers when goods are ready for delivery.
  • Issue Letter of Guarantees.
  • Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place orders.
  • Log any customer problems on the record so that sales representatives and managers have a complete picture of the customers’ interactions with the company.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or Chemical / Biomedical Engineer or Faculty of science.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the same field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of CRM is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Work Environment

  • 100% office based.
