Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Coordinate calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments.
  • Handle calendar management for the CEO
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
  • Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assist the managers and employees in the administrative issues as requested.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Very Good English language.
  • Very Good Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Very Good Communication Skills.
  • Maximum age: 35
