Description:
- Review and execute physician’s prescriptions, checking their appropriateness and legality.
- Preparation of medicines with clarification of the way and the number of times taken up and explain the doctor's orders.
- Respond to patient counseling.
- Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.
- Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.
- Should accurately, provide the right amount of medicine to the contracted companies.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Staff management during daily duties.
- Show high level of innovation, communication and commitment toward company and his managers.
- Plans & Strategy applying and targets achievement effectively and efficiently.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of new Customers recruited.
- Number of old customers retained.
- Quality of Sales Tracked in term of tickets released in the outlet.
- Targets assigned by Pharmacy Manager.
- Pharmacy appearance.
- Managing People.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Pharmacist either fresh or experienced
- Passionate and dedicated to work.
- Good Medical Knowledge.
- High Communication skills and Ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Dynamic and able to move.
- Outlets may be in Nasr City, Heliopolis, New Nozha or New Cairo.
