Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Capable of developing business & marketing plans towards faster growth and high profitability of a starting-up operation.
- Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned technical employees to achieving the required quality and service output goals.
- Maintain appropriate records and inventories while managing the smooth flow of work through the service center.
- Serve as the process leader for activities, ensuring work standards are defined and systemically improved.
- Lead, coach, hire and develop a highly engaged team of technicians.
- Establish targets (KPI’s) for quality, speed, and cost in line with customer and business needs.
- Ensure that work standards and procedures are available and fulfilled in compliance to ensure maximum quality.
- Responsible for organizing the required training for technicians.
Job Requirements
General Qualifications:
- Must be Resident at UAE with Egyptian nationality ONLY
- Prior leadership experience in a service-focused Mobile & IT industry.
- Business-oriented to develop the company’s growth, and vision.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity.
- Establish and achieve goals.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Three to five years of supervisory or similar leadership experience preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule depending on the work needed.
- Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office a must.
- A Bachelor degree in Electronics/IT or equivalent is required.
