Job Description
- Generating and agreed with sales original budget with Sales, Marketing and Top Managements based on the building blocks and Company goals.
- Generating and agreed on sales (Unconstrained) forecast on a monthly basis with Sales, Marketing and Top Managements based on the building blocks and updated market conditional.
- Checking the unconstrained forecast with Production planning team by calculating RCCP to be sure that we will fulfil all demand on time and find solutions if the capacity did not match our demand on a monthly basis.
- Preparing the final Constrain Forecast after getting the feedback form Production Planning team and align with Sales, Marketing and top management.
- Sales Follow Up: - Follow up the sales (in &out) on a daily basis to be online with the market condition.
- Conduct S&OP Process meetings that are prepared and owned by supply chain (Demand Review, Supply Review and S&OP Meeting)
- Follow up the production on a daily basis to meet market requirements and be proactive if we have any issue regarding production plan.
- Collecting the Export & Subsidiaries orders and measure the accuracy and Bias for them to communicate with the overseas team to develop their accuracy.
- Maintain demand planning processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent commands of English.
- Good Computer and reporting skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Advanced level user of Microsoft office.
