Job Description
- Administer the agency's clients social media marketing and advertising.
- Plan and execute plans to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media platforms , e-mail, etc...)
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Create social media strategies to achieve clients marketing targets including SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, tactics, determine brand persona & brand voice.
- Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
- Liaise with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Content management
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs,SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Job Requirements
- Agency Background
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Aware by SEO/SEM marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
- Excellent communications & writing skills
- Excellent English proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be a self-starter and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate strategic insight to develop plans that align with the clients business objectives and proposed strategy
