Job Description

  • Installs and maintains all software.
  • Maintains all software and hardware licensing.
  • Windows installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
  • Provides day to day help desk support.
  • Monitors the implementation of IT policies.
  • Manages user accounts, creates, updates and removes access as necessary.
  • Troubleshoots errors and fixes system issues via periodic testing and help desk tickets.
  • Creates and maintains software and hardware inventories

Job Requirements

  • Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for +2 year
  • BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
  • Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
