Job Description
- Installs and maintains all software.
- Maintains all software and hardware licensing.
- Windows installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
- Provides day to day help desk support.
- Monitors the implementation of IT policies.
- Manages user accounts, creates, updates and removes access as necessary.
- Troubleshoots errors and fixes system issues via periodic testing and help desk tickets.
- Creates and maintains software and hardware inventories
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for +2 year
- BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
