Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Increase the flow through branding activities that position the hospital ahead of the healthcare market
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Coordinate all operations
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Supervise all staff
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Job Requirements
- Medical background "B.sc of Pharmacy "
- A post-graduate in Marketing is an advantage
- Oriented with Budgeting & ROI
- Creative thinking Planning & Organizing
- 2-4 in the same position
- Maximum Age: 35
- Working Conditions: 6 days /week, 8 h.
