Job Description
- Prepare the annual plan for the department of the product stores to determine the objectives and performance efficiency according to a specific timetable for discussion and presentation to the warehouse manager.
- Distributing and following up the execution of the job tasks among the employees of the department
- Housing products inside refrigerators in accordance with the requirements of quality and arrangement and good organization and cleanliness of stores and inventory
- Follow-up the movement of the product and raw materials trading, review, documentation, and approval of all inventory movements with the emphasis on the completion of all procedures, documents, and signatures.
- Optimization of storage capacities and controlling deviations in stock.
- Arrangement and processing of periodic and annual inventory and provision of inventory tools for inventory committees and staff of the refrigerators section and the work of inventory matching and show the results of conformity and analysis of deviations if any.
- Follow-up and supervision of the means and equipment of transport, loading and handling department of the complete product and delivery as custody and books of periodic maintenance and follow-up malfunctions and maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment to ensure the maintenance of the stomach and good operation.
- Follow up, supervise, communicate and coordinate with the maintenance department and the engineering department regarding the construction, repair, repair, and maintenance works required by the department.
- Locks and approves the daily inventory and the preparation of daily reports for the stock and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual recognized and agreed and submitted to the stores' manager.
- Effective communication and continuous coordination with all executive and control departments of the company in order to achieve the objectives of the department in accordance with the vision and the general plan of the warehouse management and supply and support sector in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the work without prejudice to the procedures, policies, regulations, and systems in force.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience at least 9 years.
- Proficiency in the computer (word- excel) in order to create and design advanced programs.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
