Job Description
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center
- Elaborate and implement the strategies for the development of the Service Center
- Push initiatives to develop the Support Service.
- Work closely with the Support Team to put in place effective Service Operations Processes.
- Act as a point of escalation for the Client.
- Report regularly to the direct manager all the work activities.
- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements.
- Dealing closely with NTRA and CPA.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ Years in management of After sales/Service Experience Preferred Electronics
- V.Good Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
