Job Description

Reputable multinational within Cairo Festival City Mall vicinity is seeking front desk receptionist.

Incumbent will:

  • Represent the organization positively in all interactions with visitors and callers by greeting them courteously and professionally;
  • Direct visitors to appropriate office/person;
  • Answer, screen and forward calls accordingly;
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times and well equipped with necessary stationery and materials;
  • Order and maintain the required stock of stationery including buffet items, hygiene items, EHS requirements, R&M supplies, first aid supplies;
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emails;
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings and ensure meeting room reservations are made as needed
  • Perform other typical ad hoc clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Provide employees with any travel related support by maintaining travel agency services with the highest quality and simultaneously ensuring that service received is in compliance with the company's internal travel policies and restrictions. Will also need to facilitate Visa procedures and acquiring travel insurance.
  • Manage employee transportation services (i.e. shuttle buses) and required operational leasing in accordance with internal policy.
  • Manage and negotiate company leased warehouse contracts and required Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)services, as well as required property insurance.
  • Support the management team by handling any required support for accommodation, reservations & subscriptions.
  • Work on SAP to create /receive purchase order requisitions for material and service provides and related invoices in connection with finance team.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • 1+ years of experience in similar role / administrative role / customer services role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (preferably native level)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
