Job Description
The position holder is responsible for analyzing chemical tests for in-process and finished products in a timely manner. In addition to performing all stability testing. The analyst will also research potential deficiencies and work with production and engineers in order to provide solutions. He will work under a defined SOP and guidelines that need to be fulfilled.
- Analyze production samples to make such it is aligned with the needed quality.
- Validation of tests.
- Preparing and maintaining test plan
- Providing feedback to the management
- Doing continuous testing and upgrades
- Provide progress reports in relation to process tests and execute test case scenarios to manager.
- Test system modifications in order to get ready for new process implementations and introduce databases of known test deficiencies.
- Working in a testing environment, assessing products, checking for quality and accuracy, or creating tests scripts (Raw Datasheet)
- Need to practice general analytical procedures
- Need to work on Lab. Instruments as HPLC, UV, Atomic absorption,…
- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
- Review Test Notes (Certificate of Analysis) for MOH
- Creation of Test Notes for MOH (if required-Back up)
- Review and develop STP and SOP's.
- Statistical study for all results and documentation.
- Developing a new test procedure for all products.
- Documentation and updating documentation process "RDS, APR, COA" and release report.
- Chemical analysis for tablet (finished product and IPC).
- Participating in APR analysis by trending QC data
- Make analysis to F.P of lab and IPC samples
Job Requirements
- Bch of Science or pharmacy
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Has common knowledge in using SOPs
- Being analytical and accurate.
- High observation skills
- Has good English and computer skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and effective communication skills.
