Job Description
- Monitoring WE Data services, system logs and activity through available tools on all servers. (mail servers, DNS, RADIUS, DB, LDAP, SBR, QPS and web-host servers, CPanel and Plesk hosting).
- Monitoring servers hosted by customers inside our Data Center and troubleshooting any service running on it.
- Handling all requests related to domain names (register new domains, transferring and complete all web hosting steps and troubleshooting).
- Email accounts operation (create, modify and problems troubleshooting on Postfix, Qmail and MS-Exchange)
- Troubleshoot TE Data systems problems that related to our servers (Unix, Linux and Windows).
- Notifying responsible department about failures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the scheduled backups.
- Perform basic servers Operating Systems installation (Linux or Windows).
Job Requirements
- Preferably (not a must) a Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering/Computer Science or any IT related field of Study
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Center (MUST).
- Oracle, IBM DB2.
