Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Office Organization: Schedules, Plans, Reports, Documentation, Archiving.
- Answering the calls for The Manager Director; Screening the list of callers and replays the messages to the Manager or leaves messages at his desk.
- Handling all incoming soft and hard mail
- Undertake any other duties assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Agouza, Mohandseen and dokki residents is a MUST.
- Good level in English
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Experience in industrial company is preferred
