Job Description
- Acquire value added merchants in assigned regions and verticals.
- Collect merchants registration documents and working closely with the Compliance Department until the application is accepted.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to complete the integration process and provide necessary technical support.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to create awareness & increase business volumes for the merchants.
- Research market conditions in local, regional, and international areas to determine potential sales.
- Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
- Work on CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and products KPI’s reports.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategies related to the business development department.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Take ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Job Requirements
- Masters or BA. in Business Management
- Languages: (English, Arabic)
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Experience of working in a corporate / business focused environment
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
