Summary:
Medical Sales Co-ordinator is required for a leading company working in labs equipment, and Medical Devices in Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow-up e-mails for orders and offers of solutions or solutions after-sales service
- Implementation and follow-up of requests for solutions in terms of review of the powers and quantities required and introduced on SAP & DOUBLE CLICK.
- Making special offers for solutions.
- Work orders for the return of solutions and follow-up the causes of return.
- Make sales and withdrawal reports for customers.
- Follow-up of the inventory by making sure that the solutions and consumables required for contracting are available in coordination with the warehouse management.
- Follow-up the dates of supply of applications with the Department of stores and supplies from receipt until they reach the customer.
- Coordination between sales representatives, customers and various departments.
- Prepare a detailed report of the deferred and non-performing applications and send it periodically to the Director of the Department or the Purchasing Department in case of request
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a suitable major.
- Experience from 1-3 years
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Excellent knowledge of using the computer.
