Job Description
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and account managers to manage requirements and deadlines
- Following up closely with developers and business analysts on progress
- Identify and communicate delivery risks to stakeholders
- Ensuring that all requirements are delivered on-time and within scope
- Develop a detailed development plan to track progress and manage changes in priorities.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Conduct releases and iteration plans, as well as updating the release and iteration charts on a daily basis.
- Prepare reports on team capacity, progress, and effectiveness of team performance.
Job Requirements
- Technical background as a software developer or tester
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proven track record of managing and delivering a software project in a product's environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles is a plus
