Job Description
- Handling Customers’ Queries over the phone.
- To sell products over the phone.
- Sorting out customers’ issues.
- Answer all incoming and outgoing calls of the call center to respond to customers’ requests and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Contacting existing customers to inform them about a new product.
- Answering questions about products .
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Shift basis 8 hours including 1 hour break.

Males: work on night shifts ( 5:00 pm to 1:00 am ), Females: (10:00 am to 6:00 pm ).
- Days Off: 1 day off.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Graduated only .
- 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good English Language.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
- Age: max 32 .
