Job Description
- Development of Sales activities in all channels.
- Evaluates new opportunities within sales channels.
- Continuous search & development of new customers.
- Establish a database of markets, competitors and geographical areas.
- Follow-up and development of available resources (human, financial, assets etc.) for most effective territory development (return on investments, team efficiency)
- Participate in pricing policies and set up a policy of discounts and a policy of Collection of company receivables.
- Creating and Presenting Reports on monthly business Review, Stock-and Sales.
- Conducting regular field market visits across country to gauge effectiveness of own promotions and Also to evaluate competitor activities ( Company branches and distributors ).
- Driving Sales Team and Distributor capability and building a strong relationship at all levels of the distributor and key Accounts.
- Handling ongoing follow up with the company branches and distributor's sales team.
- Manage store visits, key account visits, negotiate in store sales fundamentals wins, new listings, New Promotions, Trade spend and Merchandising, Initiating consumer promotions.
- Set the required budget for the distribution channels selling expenses.
- Evaluates contracts conditions and incentives scheme for different channels and control its proper implementation and execution.
- Follow timely payment for the Goods, follow credit terms and resolve or facilitate the problem solving of non-timely payment.
- Participate in developing of marketing programs and promotions in coordination with the Department of Marketing and senior Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or relevant study
- MBA is preferred
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales Field and 4 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
- FMCG experience is preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Outstanding Communication skills
- Excellent command of Planning, Problem Solving, Analyzing & Handling objections
