Job Description
- Matches the casings received to the attached booking order
- Writes customer details on the tyre as per booking order
- Release the casings to the production after review
- Arranges the rejected casings in the store as per customer
- Issues needed materials to the production upon the issuing form raised by the production supervisor
- Receives the finally produced tyres from the production supervisor as per the transform form
- Arranges the final product in the store as per customer
- Arranges tyres for delivery as per sales request based on FIFO basis.
- Produces the delivery order for the cost accountant to produce the invoice for the tyres to be sold.
- Record all issues on the system (Easywork)
- Issue money from the safe as per cost accountant issue note
- Deputies the cost accountant for invoicing in his absence
