Able to set a maintenance plan for machines to enhance their efficiencies and machine availability.
Manage the daily maintenance of workshop, facilities, factories and quarries.
Manage the group maintenance including acquisition, utilization, repair and replacement of machines and equipment.
Develop schedules and implement an ongoing preventative maintenance program for all group equipments and facilities. Conduct a variety of studies and investigations; recommend modifications to facilities, workshop, equipment’s and fleet maintenance.
Manage all Spare parts needs with the supplier and always search for better options and opportunities
Set up and implement total set of maintenance department documentation.
Build a database for the whole factor machinery, utilities and facilities
Set strategic department goals, budget and work ethics
Organize a machinery layout according to production process needs
Installation of new equipment’s and utilities
Maintain administration buildings, production buildings and facilities
Develop and review the maintenance General Manual (MGM)
Ensuring that everyone is following the health and safety legislation
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues
6 to 8 years
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
6-8 Years Experience (Preferably in the beverage Industry)
Electrical and mechanical knowledge
Good practical and technical skills
An awareness of health and safety legislation
Possess strong skills in project management
Ability to think quickly, take initiative, think creatively and challenge the team to do the same
Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
