Job Purpose:
This position will be mainly responsible for master documentation control, archiving & management of GEODE + electronic documentation system. The employee will also be responsible for Quality Assurance review for packaging material Artworks, in addition to Pest control subcontractor visits coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Documentation control:
- Make the final authorization of the SOPs on Geode + electronic documentation system whenever receiving the training records.
- Print all the effective documents from Geode+ and put them in the master files.
- Follow up with the different departments in IA for the SOPs need to be updated.
- Update of the list of effective SOPs.
- Follow up with different departments resolving of any breakdown occurring in Geode+ that hinder the smooth creation , review or approval of documents on Geode+ , through direct contacting help disk of Geode+
Artwork Review and Approval:
- Review and Approval of artworks of different products on Vista electronic system to ensure its compliance to the artwork registered at the MOH and follow up of the corrections with the portfolio development department for any needed corrections
- Review and Approval of specifications for the artwork of different products done by Quality control on Geode+. Contacting the suppliers to order the proofreading of the artworks for different products after being fully approved by the concerned persons.
- Review and Approval of proofreading to ensure its compliance with the approved artwork on Vista and in the approved specifications and follow up of the corrections if any.
Job Requirements
Years of Experience: 0-1 year
Education: Bachelor of Pharmaceutical sciences or Science
