Job Description
- Support a cross-functional team to successfully complete the Product Adaptation and Integration obligations on time, with the objective of maximizing Customer satisfaction while incorporating all appropriate Governance processes
- Monitor, control and carry out basic fault diagnosis and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Ensure the factory testing of the products at subsystem and integrated system levels, ensuring the equipment are properly integrated and fit to support introduction to service
- Managing the engineering and maintenance resource in support of plant safety, quality, cost and efficiency goals
- Raising the efficiency of equipment to produce products with high quality
- Undertake the Engineering improvements projects for the Factory
- Assess the pending maintenance jobs, priorities and plan for the maintenance technician
- Advise the spare part requirements for the Engineering Stores
- Develop programs to improve the technical skills, efficiency and effectiveness in the Maintenance
- Supervise and ensure that the maintenance team is performing by the required standards
- Assess the technicians in the troubleshooting whenever necessary
- Support development of any specified tools, test equipment, training materials, and other enabling products necessary to efficient contract delivery of signaling and control system scopes
- Ensuring that all employees under their control are aware of their individual responsibilities tasks and targets for health and safety
- Support the System integration and System Assurance teams
- Provide integrated reporting on progress, delay from sub-systems level to integration level
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Major
- 3-5 Years’ Experience (Preferably in the beverage Industry)
- Mechanical knowledge
- Good practical and technical skills
- Possess strong skills in project management
- Ability to think quickly, take initiative, think creatively and challenge the team to do the same
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
