ob Summary

As Senior Communications Manager, your prime responsibility is to develop and execute on Internal communications and employee engagement plans. You will provide advice, support and mentorship to drive and implement meaningful and impactful internal communication plans which support company business objectives and strategy execution. Advise partners on MMEA channel strategy and effective communication platform.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Act as advisor to the meaningful assigned Customer Unit Head on all internal communication & engagement matters
  • Lead related internal channels to ensure maximum reach, impact and engagement
  • Understand key target audiences’ needs and agenda
  • Plan, activate and deliver on agreed Customer Unit activities with focus on All Employee Meetings and periodic Customer Unit Head communication drops
  • Actively participate in important crisis and change management communication projects
  • Drive employee engagement around MMEA strategy and its execution
  • Accountable to ensure successful delivery of respective Internal Communication activities
  • Work with leaders to improve their communicative leadership skills
  • Own the creation of efficient Internal Communication & Engagement ways of working within MMEA at large and Marketing Communication team in specific.
  • Utilize analytics & research to understand the audience & to suggest ways to improve relevancy and impact of employee communication
  • Follow-up and lead performance targets & KPIs, evaluate results and drive improvements
  • Share continuous feedback and standard methodology
  • Demonstrate competency from internal hubs
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with Internal Communication Community members, reusing global efforts

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in communications field
  • Experience working in a multifaceted and fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of digital communications
  • Digital Internal Communication skills
