Job Description
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle complains to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Achieve your Monthly Target to meet the sales quota
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree at least.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- An effective telesales representative must be:
- An excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- To be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
