Job Description
- Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the daily operations of the stage.
- Set and promote high standard goals for all students and staff for academic performance and non-academic performance that is complying with the KPIs of staff.
- Supervise the implementation of the instructional programs with the subject supervisors.
- Supervise in a fair and consistent manner, effective discipline and attendance systems.
- Ensure a safe, orderly environment that encourages students to take responsibility for behavior and create high morale among staff and students.
Job Requirements
- BA in education graduate or any relevant field
- Fluent English
- Master of pedagogy or education is preferable or relevant educational diplomas.
- Excellent organization skills, adaptable to change, can work well in a team, can work well under pressure
- High communication and Managerial skills
