Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Provide information to potential customers about the company’s technical
- Products/services and provide information about pricing.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers.
- Conduct pre-sales presentations to customers about the products, solutions, and technologies that BTC provides.
- Work with Sales Personnel to provide a product, business, and technical information in support of presales activities.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the customers including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
- Conduct cost studies to develop estimates covering design, installation, commissioning, support, and project administration.
- Liaise with the Technical Managers and Engineers to obtain feedback about technical operations and thereby study the root of the problem to advise better technology solutions.
- Submit reports on various issues and actions related to his functions.
Job Requirements
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Telecom Engineering
- 4 years of experience in ICT Technical Sales
- Fluent in spoken and written English language
- Have Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Understand business and technical requirements and develop marketing strategy accordingly.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate design and related concerns.
- Capable to analyze customer needs and present to them a customized solution that meets their requirements.
- The ability to analyze competitors’ offerings and understand differentiating factors between the company and its competitors.
- A well-rounded understanding of network infrastructure, telephone systems and low current systems(CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, AudioVisual).
