Job Description

Job Purpose

To plan, arrange and assure the availability & the steady supply of all Cx products from 3PL facilities to our distributors for Egypt market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure the availability & the steady supply of all Consumer products from 3PL facilities to distributor.
  • Analyze the daily replenishment requirement for each distributor to determine product requirements.
  • Execute replenishment orders by reviewing each product in product inquiry to ensure adequate inventory is available at each location.
  • Ensure all customers orders prioritized to meet due dates by establishing and enforcing lead-time standards following up with production for outstanding orders.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales order.

  • Liaise with the customer for delivery dates, plan for the transportation schedule, lead time and minimum balance calculation per distribution centers.
  • Responsible for the bonus re-designation process by being the facilitator of these processes, which include do the needed calculations and assure getting proper approval before proceeding, initiate the request, follow up until being released and delivered to the distribution centers or the wholesaler.
  • Responsible for issuing all the invoices and the credit notes for the delivered products to customers and ensure clean books from customer deliveries.
  • Monitor warehouse stock levels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly to-market/gross sales report and any other reports as required.
  • Communicate customer problems, needs, leads and inquiries to the sales force.
  • Recommend process improvements and implement once approved.
  • Handle the reverse logistics process and market expires returns.
  • Handle filling of documentation of customer invoices / PODs.

Job Requirements

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required:

  • University Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience - preferred at related area.
  • Working experience in supply chain / Distribution.
  • Good command of English language.
  • JDE / SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Advanced computer skills / Excel.
  • A dynamic Team player with high proactivity.
  • Work across boundaries with high level of discipline, commitment & accountability
  • Good Analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent Communications skills with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
