Job Description
- Coordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company.
- Implements Operational manuals, production plans, and programs.
- Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies with the coordination of Production Executive
- Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, filters, and machine size parts
- Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule with the coordination of Production Executive
- Ensures that all standard yield is maintained by production lines.
- Decides either to reject or use by sorting non-conforming raw and packing materials discovered during the manufacturing process after discussing with Production Executive
- Controls production process and production facilities.
- Responsible for materials issued from the warehouse for manufacturing.
- Responsible for planning of work according to the weekly program.
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
- Ensure that the production is cost effective
- Decide what resources are required
- Draft a timescale for the job
- Estimate costs and set the quality standards • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers
- Review worker performance
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a Production Manager.
- Graduated from Faculty of Agriculture
- Experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage Production Industry
- Experience in Concentration Factories
