Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for implementing warehouse plans and executive programs that ultimately flow to achieving the Foundation's main goals
- Execution of exchange, return and addition permits
- Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves and stock safety in accordance with storage instructions
- Supervising workers during the process of adding, arranging, and organizing stocks in a correct manner, according to instructions
- To suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the performance of work in its administration
- Submit a weekly report to the store manager and store coordinator to explain what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with an explanation of the reason
- All of the above mentioned must be done in accordance with the approved official procedure for warehouse management
- The storekeeper is responsible for keeping all records of the quality forms for the warehouse management procedure and all his work subject to internal review
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce
- At least 3 years experience in warehouse in food companies
- Proficiency in using the computer
- Having experience in using ERP System
