Job Overview :
A Head of business development is a senior manager tasked with the job of helping his or her business grow with his/her team and therefore, they are high-level sales professionals, their priority is to assist our company to acquire new clients and maintaining the existing one.
Main Job Duties:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and clients needs
- Prepare sales contracts-ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Responsible for using their initiative to supervise his/her team source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Attending any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations.
- Activating Accounts in all Territories.
- Maintaining new business production, customer satisfaction, and continuous business growth.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role in B2B.
- Leading a Team of Sales of business development for 3 years at least.
- Experience in getting leads B2B is a Must
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Wide professional network
