Job Overview :

A Head of business development is a senior manager tasked with the job of helping his or her business grow with his/her team and therefore, they are high-level sales professionals, their priority is to assist our company to acquire new clients and maintaining the existing one.

Main Job Duties:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and clients needs
  • Prepare sales contracts-ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Responsible for using their initiative to supervise his/her team source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Attending any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations.
  • Activating Accounts in all Territories.
  • Maintaining new business production, customer satisfaction, and continuous business growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role in B2B.
  • Leading a Team of Sales of business development for 3 years at least.
  • Experience in getting leads B2B is a Must
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Wide professional network
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
