Job Description
- Examine the members and prescribe medication as needed and transfers the patient to one of the hospitals within the medical network after confirming with the medical director.
- Ensure receiving the medical examination request before the medical examination of the employees except for the emergency cases then issuing an internal medical report after the employee has been examined, includes the result of the medical examination and all employee data.
- Write the permanent external treatment on the "internal medical report" to enable the patient to purchase it from one of the pharmacies contracted with the company with writing the phrase "paid in cash" on the request.
- Edit the necessary external referral requests according to the patient’s condition when requesting any examinations or x-rays to one of the contracted laboratories or radiology centers with writing the phrase “paid in cash” on the requests or transfer to consultants or contracted specialists and assuring the patient to bring a medical report in the cases.
- Ensure the availability of medicines in the refrigerator and notify the manager of the clinic of the expiration of any kind of medicine.
- Write requests for the tools and clinic requirements and send them to the administration.
- Clean the surgical instruments after using them and place them in the solution designated for them and ensure the clinic is clean and call the person in charge if necessary.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Register a “referral note for a medical examination” and send all attachments related to the injury to centralized Medical Administration office.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.
- Experience: At least one-year experience within the same job.
- Location: The position is opened in many locations ( October - Sheraton - Maadi & New Cairo)
