Job Description
You will build and manage the technical teams; while, design, and architect our various full-stack platforms (web-apps).
As a PHP Team Lead, you will:
- Hire, manage, mentor, and coach technical team members.
- Design and code solutions to meet defined business requirements
- Lead future development and technical execution for the front-end and back-end services of our two platforms (internal and external)
- Build and execute Agile methodologies
- Collaborate directly with the company’s technology leadership team on ensuring ArabyAds’ success.

Job Requirements
To be the ideal PHP Team Lead, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Development
- Previous experience hiring and managing development teams
- Expert in PHP Laravel platform
- Expert in Database modelization
- Experience with Agile methodology and Continuous Integration.
