About the Job
  • Handle customers’ complaints or report them to Sales Unit Head, as and when required.
  • Distribute the monthly target of his assigned area on the sales reps.
  • Evaluate the performance of his team and take the necessary actions to achieve the monthly sales target.
  • Provide training for his team on selling skills and call cycle’ steps.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the company’s sales strategy in his assigned area.
  • Responsible for making the distributors’ purchase orders and communicate with the Sales Coordinator accordingly.
  • Make sure of the proper implementation of the contract agreed with the distributor.
  • Preparing several reports upon the request of the Unit Sales Manager and delivering these reports on time.
  • Making sure of optimizing (Efficiency and Effectiveness) the number of customers/call cycle in a specific area in order to make sure that the number of customers/call cycle is spread evenly between the sales forces of the concerned sector.
  • Monitor the distributor’s warehouse stock in order not to exceed the agreed number of days as per contract.
  • Creating and updating, on an annual basis, the credit customers list including credit limit and credit days as per company’ policy then submit it for USM’ review before getting the distributor’s approval.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar and related field.
  • Communication Skills.
