Job Description

  • Implement the decisions and policies of sales administration.
  • Report the priorities and plans of action according to area needs to the Channel Sales Manager.
  • Give a clear picture of the market situation concerning sales issues to the Channel Sales Manager as well as handling all the requested reports on time & report all customer complaints to his superior.
  • Prepare the customer orders and follow-up all kinds of quotations to avoid price discrepancies.
  • Prepare and report to his superior monthly/quarterly project achievements, competition activities, sales, and collection versus target, problems upon the occurrence and suggest a solution.
  • Follow up competitors in order to recommend promotions, product incentives as per market needs.
  • Maintain excellent communication with other departments and key accounts.
  • Implement company contracts and Planogram of shelf visibility.
  • Balance a logical number of customers/call cycle in a specific area to be spread with equivalent effort.
  • Responsible for due collections according to contract policy & track the Statement of Account during the collection of checks.
  • Randomly check customers’ approvals of their corresponding customer account reconciliation
  • Handle customer complaints and report them to the Channel Sales Manager.
  • Issue return forms for defected products and submits to the Channel Sales Manager for approval.
  • Build strong relationships with customers for a win-win relationship.
  • Update SKU lists, items codes & descriptions.
  • Conduct market visits.
  • Negotiate contract renewal clauses with Key Accounts management during the preliminary phase of contracting.
  • Push sales orders towards desired achievements.
  • Solve problems/issues arising with key accounts, as and when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG’ Sales
  • Communication Skills
