Job Description

    • Previous experience in IT support – at least 3 years in a senior IT role.
    • Windows 7 ,8 and 10 to advanced level.
    • Strong knowledge in MS office 2013,2017 and 365 to advanced level. “especially MS Teams”
    • Windows server 2012 ,2016 and 2019 administration, build and maintenance.
    • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Firewalls , Switches, Routers and VPN.
    • Good understanding of Antivirus technology.
    • Build & nurture relationships using an informative & educational process with customers who have questions and concerns about their products ranging from deployment, usage, and challenges.
    • Provide informative, thoughtful and powerful conversations when working with customers to match them with the right product.
    • For existing customers, provide re-training (as needed) and first-level support for product and technology issues.
    • Work with customers to develop positive outcomes for customers' projects.
    • Develop expertise in all products and solutions that Network for Good provides and be able to train and clearly explain the benefits and functionality of each solution.
    • Help customers find creative uses and implementations for their suite of services to match their fundraising needs.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative to satisfy and serve external and internal customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • -Fluent in English or french.

    -High communication and negotiation skills.

    -Persuading skills.

    -Must be well organized.

    -Excellent ability to multi-task, must have high-level attention to detail and accuracy.

    -Must work well across multiple teams: Operation, and technology.

    -Technical background (Preferable).

    - MS Offices.

    -TEAMS / Skype oriented is a must
